The Freshman Formula 3-Day Skills Camp is for your teen if she (or he) is:
Have a history of anxiety or low confidence in making social connections
Worries about their choice of college or university and what’s to come
Has difficulty self-advocating when they need support
You’re handling many of their personal responsibilities like meals, eating healthy, waking up, laundry, scheduling, or project management
They struggle with setting limits, making decisions, saying no or feeling left out
Easily stressed or pulls back when there’s change in their life
Feels overwhelm and shuts down or quits when met with obstacles
Has difficulty connecting with emotions, naming them and working through to a productive solution
Any and all of these are signs your student needs additional preparation.
The Freshman Formula will equip your student with mindset, strategies and specific tools that will boost confidence, reinforce personal accountibility, foster self-agency and advocacy, provide clarity, and drive action to create the college experience they dream of — without stress, overwhelm or urgent phone calls begging to go home.
